Sample the following locations for 10 min each:

Near sample station

■n

Front, below bulk ﬂuids door

■n

On top, between nozzle and ﬁlter door

■n

Right side, below vents

■n

Left side, below vents

■n

Rear, next to the AC entry

After all samples have been collected:

24. Roll down both left and right panels.

25. Roll down both the front and the rear panels.

26. Run 10% bleach through the sample line for 10 min.

27. Run deionized water through the sample line for 10 min.

28. After 10 min of running DI water, ensure the event rate is under 5 eps.

29. Read each slide using a 10x objective.

30. Record the number of Glo Germ particles on a 1 x 1” area on the microscope slide using

the containment testing sheet.

Results are informational and not pass/fail.
